During the checkout portion of your order process, you will be asked to select a shipping method. The shipping cost is based on order weight and size of shipment. We currently offer delivery within the continental United States via UPS (Ground, Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air).

For UPS Next Day Air, your order MUST be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 PM (ET) or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping outside the Continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada

Customers will be responsible for all additional duties and taxes applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside the United States. Order Confirmation/Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is complete, you will receive two email confirmations from Design Weave. First, we will confirm receipt of your order and then we will notify you when your order ships (this second email will include your tracking information).

Design Weave will collect sales tax on all purchases of merchandise to be shipped to locations within New Jersey. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes, if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside New Jersey.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returned merchandise in new, unused, unwashed condition, in the original packaging. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days from the order date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once the return package is received, it will be inspected and processed. You will be refunded in the same method you originally paid and will receive an email confirming the credit or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. ALL SALE ITEMS are non-returnable and will be considered a FINAL SALE. If you choose to cancel an order, the cancellation will be accepted 12 hours from the time the original order is placed. After that time, cancellations cannot be accepted. At Design Weave, we value our customers and understand their concerns about privacy and security. Therefore we insure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. Design Weave collects customer information to process orders, to keep our customers informed of new products, services and sales in an effort to improve and enhance the overall shopping experience. We do not sell or rent that information to others.

The Design Weave website incorporates features designed to safeguard information that we obtain from our customers. All sensitive information is protected with encryption software.
